Once our updated branding is complete, we plan to introduce solid dish soap to our product collection. This practical kitchen essential offers a simple way to wash dishes without relying on traditional bottled dish soap.
What Is Solid Dish Soap?
Solid dish soap is a concentrated bar designed specifically for washing dishes, cookware, utensils, and other kitchen items. Instead of squeezing soap from a plastic bottle, you simply wet your dish brush, sponge, or cloth and rub it directly across the bar to create a cleansing lather.
Because it is solid and concentrated, a little can go a long way.
Made with Just Two Oils
Our solid dish soap is made using only castor oil and coconut oil. We chose these two oils because they each bring important benefits to the finished soap.
Coconut oil creates a firm, highly cleansing bar with plenty of bubbles. It is especially useful for cutting through grease, oils, and food residue on dishes and cookware.
Castor oil helps produce a richer, more stable lather. It supports the coconut oil by helping the suds last longer and spread more easily across dishes.
Together, they create a simple bar that is:
- Strong enough to tackle greasy dishes
- Quick to build a useful lather
- Firm and long-lasting when kept dry
- Easy to use with a sponge or dish brush
During the soap making process, the castor oil and coconut oil are transformed into soap, creating a simple and effective product made specifically for cleaning dishes.

Using solid dish soap is easy:
